Randy Stainbrook

Randy Stainbrook is a 41 year member of IBEW Local Union 1250. Randy began his career as a groundman/equipment operator in 1979 and joined Local 1250 right out of high school. After earning his journeyman electrician card he worked across SD, Nebraska and Iowa before being appointed business manager in 1988 to finish the unexpired term of the previous BA. He has been the BA ever since.

VP Stainbrook also serves as:

President of  West River Building and Construction Trades Council

President of the Rapid City Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO

President of the Rapid City Labor Temple Building Association 

Labor appointed representative on The South Dakota Work Force Development Council

Labor appointed representative on South Dakota Worker Compensation Committee.
